Annual Meeting of MIRCC Property Owners: Saturday, May 6 at 10AM at the Index Fire Station

Please join the Board and your neighbors for the annual meeting of property owners on May 6th. The meeting is a great time to hear about road maintenance, community updates, and to get to know more of your MIRCC neighbors.

At each annual meeting, property owners in good standing elect 1/3 of MIRCC's Board of Directors to 3-year positions. The Board is made up of not less than seven (7) nor more than fifteen (15) Directors, who manage the duties of the Corporation.

This year, there are five (5) open Board positions and five (5) renewing Board members who have nominated themselves for another term. No other property owners in good standing stepped forward to nominate themselves for consideration for a Board position. These five Board positions are uncontested, therefore ballots have not been mailed to property owners nor will they be cast at the annual meeting.
