There was a general discussion about allocation of funds to categories. Darcy may be able to provide limited assistance and work with our bookkeeper.
Mark Bollman: “Motion to approve June expenditures as listed in the Financial Reports provided via email.”

NEW BUSINESS
What We Call Ourselves
In the June Board meeting, Darcy Niedermeyer said that terms like “A-Section”, “E-Section”, and labels such as “N” and “Y” for use of Canyon Falls Bridge are confusing, disorienting, and inconsistent. In the interest of making communications clearer, we would like to update labels for financial reports and invoicing to be consistent and universally understood by all.
Carrie Byrne: “Move to adopt new labels of ‘Downstream’ and ‘Upstream’ for financial reports, road maintenance reports, and other communications where community geography is important.” For owners without knowledge of the mudslide of 2014, prior labels are irrelevant and difficult to parse. The new labels are intended to help orient all current and future owners to the community.
Approved Unanimously

New Website
The trial period since the June meeting appears to have gone well. No Board member or community member has brought forward requests for changes to content or functionality of the new website. The new website was announced through the meeting minutes as well as a separate post on the old website. As a reminder, the cost for the new website on an annual basis is $6/month or $72/year.
Carrie Byrne: “Move to transition the new website at mircc.weebly.com to the Corporation’s URL at mountindexriversites.com, along with meeting minutes from May 2015 to the present, plus a list of active owners for email updates from the website.” All other content and records are to be archived and available upon request.

Board members are asked to please provide their photo for inclusion on the website so owners may recognize them in the community.
COLLECTIONS
No report.
PUD and CFHOA
Earl has contacted both PUD and CFHOA. He will meet with both entities soon as the Covid restrictions ease. Expect a more detailed report next month.
UPSTREAM ROAD REPORT
In Dave’s absence, Mark reported that a dump truck spread gravel on Alder Loop, and a grader worked from Highway 2 to Yunkus Road. Gravel was also stockpiled at Deep Woods for pothole filling. Because the actuator arm on the Green Gate is making a grinding noise, we will order a new actuator arm.
DOWNSTREAM ROAD REPORT
Mat reported that the roads are in excellent shape for the most part. Recently they started brushing throughout the community so there will be a place to put the plowed snow over the winter.
DISCUSSION TOPICS
Volunteer for Zoom Meeting Coordinator: Mark will coordinate the zoom meeting next month.
As a reminder to the community, road assessments were due June 30th, a month later than normal because of the coronavirus impact.
ADJOURNMENT
Mark adjourned the meeting at 9:25 AM.
The next board meeting will be August 8, 2020 at 9:00 AM.
