MIRCC Articles of Incorporation
Amended Articles of Incorporation
In October 2009, the Board amended its Articles of Incorporation to comply with Judge Wynne's Snohomish County Superior Court ruling. The new articles clearly delineate the corporation's primary purpose as owning, maintaining, and improving roads, for which road assessments are compulsory for owners; the articles also define the corporation's secondary purpose as community development, which is voluntary for owners to support.
