November Board meeting on the 14th via Zoom

The Board will convene on Saturday, November 14th at 9a on Zoom. The meeting will cover standard committee reports and a financial update for the fiscal year to date. 

​Owners interested in participating may request Zoom meeting info by using the contact form on the website. Meetings start at 9am and participants need their own device and an Internet connection.

2020-21 Assessment invoices over 90 days past due

Considering COVID-19, assessments were sent a month later this year and due June 30. At this time, all unpaid 2020-21 assessments are over 90 days past due.  

If you have unpaid assessments at this time, you may make a payment three different ways:
  • Mail your check payable to MIRCC to PO Box 177, Index, WA 98256
  • Email the Board at mircc@mountindexriversites.com to make payment by credit card
  • Call 206-940-8855 if you need to discuss other options to avoid additional collection costs

Please contact the Board right away if your assessments are past due. The Collections Committee will be meeting in October to discuss next steps and needs to hear from past due owners. 

October’s Board Meeting will be hosted on Zoom on the 10th

With no easing of social distancing guidelines, the Board continues to gather virtually on the second Saturday of the month.

Meeting Minutes & Recent Financials

Are you are interested in what the Board discusses at monthly meetings or the latest financial status? You will find minutes and year-to-date financial information posted on the website under Meetings & Financials. 

Because Board members review meeting minutes for accuracy prior to posting, it may take a few weeks before they are published. Minutes are formally approved by Board vote in the month following the meeting.  

September Board Meeting Will Be Virtual on the 12th

As social distancing guidelines continue, the next Board meeting will be held virtually on Saturday, September 12th at 9:00am. Owners interested in attending the meeting will need a computer or device that can download the Zoom app or run a web browser. All attendees will also need their own internet access.

It's Alive!

After more than 10 years, Mount Index Riversites now has a new public website for the owner community. The site has taken a volunteer effort over two months to produce, including a comment period for feedback. 

We are pleased to share this site as a platform to distribute content pertinent to owners. Meeting minutes from Board of Director meetings date back to 2015 on the new website. Prior minutes from 2009 that were published on the old site have been archived.

We hope you are able to find the information you need simply and intuitively. If you have feedback about the new site, please use the contact form.

Assessments can now be paid with zelle

Zelle is a secure method to send money directly between U.S. bank accounts. MIRCC has registered with Zelle so owners may now use the service to send money for assessments directly to MIRCC. 

To use Zelle to make an assessment payment, payment is initiated from within an online banking system. Zelle payments should be sent to mircc@mountindexriversites.com.

Look here for more information about Zelle and whether your bank supports it.

Following is the anticipated schedule of Board meetings through the rest of the year:
  • August 8
  • September 12
  • October 10
  • November 14
  • December 12
Meetings begin at 9am and will be hosted virtually until social distancing guidelines are loosened and the Board can resume meetings at the Index Fire Station.
