Call To Order:   Mark Bollman called the meeting to order at 9:05 AM.
 
Opening Remarks and Announcements (Mark Bollman) 
Board members and guests were emailed today’s Agenda and Treasurer’s Report.   There are 10 board members present but the president doesn’t vote so we’ll be looking for 9 votes today.  Brent Corey sold his cabin and emailed us his resignation from the board.
 
 Executive Committee Report (Mark Bollman) 
Executive Committee members include our president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.  We mailed 40 last-chance warning letters with an October 31 deadline before delinquent accounts get assigned to Inslee Best for collection.  Most property owners paid up promptly.  
 
 Treasurer’s Report (Darcy Niedermeyer)

Collections Update / Legal (Gary Johnson)
No reports this month. If people have questions about any outstanding legal action, contact Gary. 
  
Roads Upstream (Dave MacFarlane)
The tractor was used to fix washboards on hills by the highway and steel bridge.  The grader worked on the main road from highway 2 to the end of South Riverside Road.  Paul will next finish ditching.  
  
Green Gate >>> Red Gate  (Mark Bollman)
The upstream gate formerly known as Green Gate has been painted Red and we installed a new beeper and flashing lights.  A new bumper will be put on soon. 
 
Roads Downstream (Mat Williams)
Our roads are in good shape.  Potholes are getting filled this week ahead of winter weather. 
 
 Other Reports & Information (one minute, please)
 Garbage and cut-up hot tub pieces were dumped on our Access Road and over the bank towards the river early Wednesday morning, November 9th, at 1:39 a.m. by a Chevy pickup truck with license plate C78142Y. 
 
A trailer loaded with garbage was dumped east of our upstream entrance on Highway 2.  It came from Chris Brassfield’s property on Sky Loop on Sunday, October 30th at 12:15 p.m. and was towed by a gray Mitsubishi with license plate APT5517.
